documents into digital form. Whether it is forms, business
documents, aperture cards, microfilm or large format engineering
drawings we can scan and output to a variety of formats
including TIFF, JPEG, and PDF. We will deliver the digital
documents to you via SureAccess™, FTP, tape, CD
or DVD.

Indexing
Once the images have been captured it is essential to
assign index fields (Name, Date, Subject, Customer Number,
etc.) to your specifications. Docusure employs manual
data entry or the highest form of optical character recognition
(OCR), intelligent character recognition (ICR), optical
mark recognition (OMR), barcode identification to provide
the most cost efficient and accurate data capture.
