Hewlett
Packard (HP)
Docusure converted over 500,000 employee medical records
of 2,000 active employees for the Health Services Department
of HP. Docusure scanned the documents and manually keyed
the employee number from the file folder. The additional
indexing was then automated by recognizing barcodes and
importing additional fields from an existing database
of employee information. Docusure provided a turnkey solution
for instant document retrieval as well as provided weekly
on-site scanning.

Infiniti
Automobile Dealership
Docusure picked up 10 years worth of documents,
over half a million documents, in large envelopes with
various types and sizes of car deal forms within them.
These envelopes were scanned along with the pages inside
them into multi-page, image files and indexed by the Purchaser’s
Name, Date of Sale, and VIN from the handwritten information
on the envelopes. The dealership can now instantly access
and share car deal documents , while reclaiming the space
that the hundreds of boxes of documents occupied. |
